Attended all the Technical Committee Meetings / Operation Committee Meetings and helped ARCO for all 3 major agreement negotiations and 13 amendments of all the ARCO-TPAO Joint Venture.
Did all the reporting for the monthly production reports from 3 fields discovered by ARCO-TPAO joint venture for ARCO and Annular Activity Reporting to the General Directorate of Petroleum Affairs of Turkey (GDPA), prepared all the 45 spud notices and negotiated the drilling programs with the GDPA.
Contributed with excellent effort to negotiate with TPAO to the exploration efforts for the new venture Licenses in Tuz Golu Basin, Turkey.
Recommended ARCO to create a joint venture with TPAO for the Tuz Golu Basin and gathered /collected and interpreted all the 25 well data in the area and collected all the open file information from the GDPA achieves.
Personal negotiation and cultural skills were used to develop an excellent working relationship between ARCO and Azerbaijan National Oil Company (SOCAR).
Managed to convince ARCO management to make Joint Venture with TPAO for the Black Sea offshore and carried out all the negotiation with the ARCO team at TPAO.
Prepared the license applications covering 10MM acres in the Black Sea for ARCO and filed them to GDPA.
Recommended ARCO to use TPAO Research Laboratory in Ankara for the two Black Sea offshore wells’ cuttings & paleontologic reports and the company saved US$50M in lab analyses.
Recommended El Paso to use TPAO Research Laboratory for the three Eastern Mediterranean Sea offshore well cuttings & paleontologic reports and the company saved US$35M in lab analyses.
Assisted El Paso negotiation with the Turkish National Oil Company (TPAO) for acreage in the Thrace Basin for El Paso.
