Participated in US$105MM exploration / appraisal / development drilling projects for ARCO drilling campaign in SE Turkey, saved US$5MM.
Negotiated 3 joint venture exploration contracts with Turkish National Oil & Natural Gas Company (TPAO), Ankara; achieved 13 amendments in SE Turkey.
Negotiated for ARCO to use TPAO’s Research Laboratory for analysis of ARCO’s two offshore well cuttings & paleontologic reports; saved US$35M in laboratory costs.
Helped ARCO to make the bidding processes during the privatization of the three coal run power plants in Turkey, organized and led mine and power plant site visits and made negotiations with Turkish Hard Coal Industry (TKI) and Turkish Electric Company (TEK) . Helped ARCO to prepare five imported gas fired green field power plants and one exported coal fired power plant bidding process.

Negotiated for ARCO to use TPAO’s Research Laboratory, for analysis of three El Paso's offshore well cuttings & paleontologic reports; saving US$50M in laboratory costs.

Introduced IPR to TPAO and helped the company in Cairo to negotiate with TPAO for the company's Block-17 in Syria.

Introduced IPR to TPAO for possible joint ventures in Turkey and helped the company to negotiate with TPAO for Devon's asset sale of Block-26 in Syria.

Made a presentation to AKSA Energy, Istanbul for Innex Energy's farm out deal in Tuz Golu Basin in Turkey.
